Monitoring - Artera has implemented a fix and we will continue to carefully monitor the service to ensure a full recovery.

There is no concern that any scheduled automation for appointments will be lost.
There is a possibility of a delay of around 2 to 3 hours for scheduled appointment automations affected.

Identified - Artera observed appointment automation delays on 11/15/24 starting around 11 AM PST. We have identified and are working to resolve the Automations. This issue is only affecting scheduled appointment automations and there is a possibility of a delay between 2 to 3 hours.

Scheduled - Artera Maintenance Notice: November 14, 2024

Artera will be conducting planned system maintenance that will impact access to the Production and Demo Artera platforms. During the maintenance window, these environments will be unavailable. Interface/VPN connectivity will also be affected during this time. Interface messages should be queued during the maintenance window and delivered to Artera once maintenance is complete. The purpose of the maintenance is to upgrade the underlying database software, as well as perform overall maintenance. This will ensure improved performance to ensure the best possible user experience.
