Artera will be conducting planned system maintenance that will impact access to the Production and Demo Artera platforms. During the maintenance window (approximately 4 hours), the Artera Platform will be unavailable.
Interface and VPN connectivity will be unavailable during this time. Interface messages should be queued during the maintenance window and delivered to Artera once maintenance is complete. Inbound messages from patients to Artera will not process while Artera is offline.
The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade the underlying database software, operating system, and infrastructure. These improvements will enhance security and performance for the best possible user experience.

End: July 31st, 3:00 am ET / 12:00 am PT
