Interface Maintenace 03/05/2026 Mar 5, 2026 20:00 - Mar 6, 2026 00:00 PST

Artera will be conducting planned system maintenance on March 5th, 2026. During the maintenance window, the Artera Platform will be available and patient communications will be sent and received. Interface/VPN connectivity will be unavailable during this time. All HL7 inbound and outbound traffic will stop. This means all Recalls, Referrals, appointment updates, patient demographic updates, and writebacks will be delayed until after the maintenance window. Interface messages should be queued during the maintenance window and delivered to Artera once maintenance is complete. The purpose of the maintenance is to upgrade the Artera integration system. This will improve security, and ensure improved performance to ensure the best possible user experience.

Start: March 5th, 11:00 pm ET / March 5th, 8:00 pm PT

End: March 5th, 3:00 am ET / March 6th, 12:00 am PT

Resolved - We are no longer experiencing issues with outbound phone calls phone calls being places from Artera. This incident is resolved.

Identified - Artera has identified intermittent failures and connectivity issues affecting outbound calls.

This issue is localized to Cisco-routed outbound traffic. Standard outbound calling via other carriers and all texting services remain fully operational.

While we do not have an ETA for a resolution, we are actively working alongside Cisco and will provide updates here.
