Artera Maintenance Notice: August 1, 2024

Artera will be conducting planned system maintenance that will impact access to the Production and Demo Artera platforms. During the maintenance window, these environments will be unavailable. Interface/VPN connectivity may be affected during this time. Interface messages should be queued during the maintenance window and delivered to Artera once maintenance is complete. The purpose of the maintenance is to upgrade the underlying database software. This will improve security, and ensure improved performance to ensure the best possible user experience.

Start: August 1, 9:00 pm ET / August 1, 6:00 pm PT

End: August 1, 1:00 am ET / August 1, 10:00 pm PT

Resolved - On Thursday July 18, 2024 Artera's engineers identified that incoming and outgoing messages that contained images were not sending properly between 9:06 AM PDT and 11:15 AM PDT. Any messages that included an image sent or received during this time was not able to be retrieved by Artera.
