Artera is observing that Auth0 appears to have resolved this issue, and customers should now be able to log into the application without issue. We will continue to carefully monitor the service to ensure a full recovery for all users, and we will provide more information as we investigate the root cause.

Artera has identified an issue that is causing an issue where customers may not be able to log in to the Artera Application. This is related to an issue that our authentication partner, Auth0, is experiencing.

While we do not have an ETA for a resolution, our engineers are working with Auth0 to resolve the problem and will update the status here.
