During this time, all Artera services will be unavailable.

Start: September 23 at 9:00 PM ET / 6:00 PM PT
End: September 24 at 1:00 AM ET / September 23 at 10:00 PM PT
What to Expect During the Maintenance Window:
The Artera Production and Demo platforms will be completely unavailable.
Interface and VPN connectivity will be paused. Interface messages will be safely queued and delivered automatically once the maintenance is complete.
Automated patient messages scheduled to be sent during the maintenance window will also be queued and sent after the maintenance has concluded.
The Send Message API will be unavailable. Please note that any API messages received during the maintenance window will not be sent.
