Artera has identified an issue with inbound phone calls made to Artera purchased phone numbers. When a patient calls a line purchased by Artera they will receive a message which states "An Error has occurred".
While we do not have an ETA for a resolution, our engineers are working to resolve the problem and will update the status here.

Artera is currently investigating reports of an issue with inbound phone calls made to Artera purchased phone numbers. When a patient calls a line purchased by Artera they will receive a message which states "An Error has occurred".
