Artera has implemented a fix and we will continue to carefully monitor the service to ensure a full recovery.
There is no concern that any scheduled automation for appointments will be lost. There is a possibility of a delay of around 2 to 3 hours for scheduled appointment automations affected.

Artera observed appointment automation delays on 11/15/24 starting around 11 AM PST. We have identified and are working to resolve the Automations. This issue is only affecting scheduled appointment automations and there is a possibility of a delay between 2 to 3 hours.
