Artera will be conducting planned system maintenance that will impact access to the Production US and Canadian Artera platforms. During the maintenance window, these environments will be unavailable. Interface/VPN connectivity will not be affected during this time. Interface messages should be queued during the maintenance window and delivered to Artera once maintenance is complete. The purpose of the maintenance is to upgrade the underlying cloud infrastructure to improve overall system performance.

Start: March 28, 9:00 pm EDT / March 28, 6:00 pm PDT

End: March 29, 1:00 am EDT / March 28, 10:00 pm PDT
