Artera will be conducting planned system maintenance on March 5th, 2026. During the maintenance window, the Artera Platform will be available and patient communications will be sent and received. Interface/VPN connectivity will be unavailable during this time. All HL7 inbound and outbound traffic will stop. This means all Recalls, Referrals, appointment updates, patient demographic updates, and writebacks will be delayed until after the maintenance window. Interface messages should be queued during the maintenance window and delivered to Artera once maintenance is complete. The purpose of the maintenance is to upgrade the Artera integration system. This will improve security, and ensure improved performance to ensure the best possible user experience.

Start: March 5th, 11:00 pm ET / March 5th, 8:00 pm PT

End: March 5th, 3:00 am ET / March 6th, 12:00 am PT
