Messages containing Images were not sent or received by Artera

Incident Report for Artera

Resolved

On Thursday July 18, 2024 Artera's engineers identified that incoming and outgoing messages that contained images were not sending properly between 9:06 AM PDT and 11:15 AM PDT. Any messages that included an image sent or received during this time was not able to be retrieved by Artera.
