Artera is currently investigating reports of an issue with Real-Time Notifications.

Staff users may need to refresh to see the live data. This issue potentially impacts channel status not being updated, inbound messages not displaying in real-time, and the inability to see other users that are active on the same patient channel.

While we do not have an ETA for a resolution, we are actively investigating and will provide updates here.
