Artera will be conducting planned system maintenance that will impact access to the Production environment. During the maintenance window, users may experience degraded performance. Interface/VPN connectivity will be available, and may experience processing delays. The purpose of the maintenance is to upgrade the underlying database software, OS, and infrastructure. This will improve security, and ensure improved performance to ensure the best possible user experience.

Start: October 15, 9:00 pm ET / October 15, 6:00 pm PT

End: October 15, 1:00 am ET / October 15, 10:00 pm PT
