Twilio and the Carriers are reporting that messages are now sending as expected. Any messages that were delayed should be sent shortly as the carriers come back online fully. This incident is resolved.

Monitoring
Twilio, our Telecom Partner, as well as major cellular carriers in the United States, are reporting delays or issues sending messages to carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, US Cellular, and T-Mobile.

Artera is monitoring the situation with our partners and will update the status here with additional information as we receive it.
