Artera Maintenance Notice: May 20th, 2026

Artera will be performing system maintenance that will impact VPN connections to Artera. During the maintenance window, the Artera Platform will be available. Interface/VPN connectivity will be unavailable during this time. Interface messages should be queued during the maintenance window and delivered to Artera once maintenance is complete. The purpose of the maintenance is to upgrade Artera's VPN. This will improve security and ensure improved performance to ensure the best possible user experience.
